We ship to US, Canada and Australia. Our domestic (USA) shipping rate differs from our international shipping rate.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
Sentinel, steps and grab handle orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We strive to ship the same day you order. Orders for trenching buckets, root rippers and quick connects are made to order but we aim to ship within 7 days. This is totally dependent on our workload. We will attempt to get rescue kits shipped same day of order, depending how late in the day you order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Bundles: When you make a bundle, you pay for the shipping of the main item. Each step you add is an additional $2 to cover the extra weight in the box. This $2 is shown when you purchase the item. For example, if you buy a Sentinel, you pay for the shipping of the 10 pound box. If you add a step, it is $52 which is the $50 for the step plus $2 to cover the shipping for the extra 4 pounds. If you add a grab handle, the extra shipping is $5 because it requires a longer box .

We offer shipping via UPS, USPS and FedEx. We have decent negotiated rates with UPS and FedEx.
Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping provider.
We make no money on shipping. There are times we lose money. We have real time rates and what you see as your shipping estimate, is what they charge us.
International Shipping Policy
We can ship UPS, FedEx or Global Post internationally. Both UPS and FedEx charge a broker fee on top of taxes and duties (We have been told this is no less than $40) . We have no control over this. If you choose a bundle, you may be required to pay extra shipping, based on the weight of the box.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RetailREMS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes). We have no control over this.
Damages
RetailREMS makes every effort to pack your items well to avoid damage. If an order arrives damaged, please let us know right away. Take pictures and save all packaging materials.
